Tonight, Sonic was craptastic… 30 minutes for food, and then the fries were STONE FUCKING COLD.
I used to feel so guilty when I left negative feedback for people in customer service jobs - i’m a nice person by nature, but sometimes, it goes a little far.
That’s all changed now that I work in customer service/management - I get so much negative feedback, that it’s almost like I feel obligated to pay back in kind. My hope is that I’m able to do it in a way that isn’t mean or malicious.
All that to say is… I’m not bad, i’m just drawn this way.
